My Vector Optics red dot started acting up after some range time, so I reached out to support about the warranty. Always fun when your gear decides to become a little mystery project, right?
They asked for the usual stuff like photos and order info, which was totally reasonable. The replies took a few days each time, so it wasn’t exactly lightning fast, unless we’re measuring lightning in government office hours.

That said, they did approve the claim and sent out a replacement part. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it. A little slow, sure, but they stood behind the product, and that counts for a lot.

I’m not sure if I’m being too picky here, but the dot seems to wash out really easily during daytime use. In brighter light, I had a hard time picking it up, which was frustrating

I don’t think it’s really worth the price. It’s not terrible or anything, and I guess it does the job, but for what you actually get, it feels a bit overpriced. I wanted to like it more, but yeah, I’d probably look for something cheaper next time

I’ve usually stuck with my go-to brand for rifle gear, so I wasn’t expecting much from this one. But after putting it through a decent amount of recoil, it’s still holding zero and feels solid. Kind of hate to admit it, but it’s held up better than I thought it would.

I had a question and support got back to me quicker than I expected. They sorted it out fast too, so I feel like they probably know what they’re doing. No complaints from me.

I picked this up and kind of rushed through getting it set up, but after using it a bit, the reticle is okay. The design isn’t overly busy, which I like, and it works fine in bright daylight. In lower light though, it’s not as easy to see as I expected, and sometimes it feels a little too thin for my eyes. It’s not a bad reticle by any means, just not quite as clear as I was hoping

The optical clarity is decent for the price. When the lighting is good, it looks sharp, but the edges do get a little blurry and it’s not the best in low light. I can still use it just fine for casual shooting, I just expected it to be a bit better. Not bad, but not amazing either.

Just a warning for anyone ordering this: the packaging was in rough shape when it showed up. The box was banged up, but thankfully the item inside was okay. Still, I’d be a little cautious if you’re buying it as a gift or need it to arrive looking nice.

I was hoping to pick up a decent scope and the mounts to go with it, but a lot of what I was looking for was either out of stock or just not listed at all. Not saying it’s a scam, but the selection felt thin compared to other shops I’ve checked.

Ordering was straightforward at first, but once I got to the payment page, it slowed down and felt a little confusing. I finished the checkout, but it left me second-guessing the purchase a bit...

I picked up this Vector Optics scope thinking it would be good enough for basic range use. At first the clicks felt alright, and I thought it might be fine. Actually, let me put it this way, it seemed okay until I started dialing up and back down, then the tracking just didn’t feel very consistent.
The bigger problem was that it wouldn’t keep zero. After a few rounds, or even after moving it around in the case, it would be off again. I kept having to re-zero it, and that got old quickly. It’s not completely terrible, but I expected it to be more reliable than this.

Like I said, the shipping was way faster than I thought it would be. I had it in two days, and like I said, I wasn’t expecting it to get here that quick.

I was a little unsure at first and kept double-checking everything, but it ended up being easy to mount. Got it zeroed in quicker than I expected, which was reassuring.

I found what I was looking for fairly quickly, I think. The pages loaded fine and the menus were easy enough to follow, even on my phone. Checkout was simple too, so I don’t really have any complaints. Overall, seems like a good website

I returned my order, but the whole process felt slower than it should have been. I also expected clearer instructions on what to do next, because it was a bit confusing at times. The refund did come through eventually, but the experience could definitely be smoother.

At first I figured the scope was going to be decent because it looked fine out of the box, but after using it a few times I started noticing the same little issues. The turrets felt kind of loose, and the finish seemed like it scratched if you barely looked at it wrong. After a couple range trips, it just didn’t feel solid anymore. I guess I expected it to hold up better for the price

The details on the site didn’t really match what showed up. I was expecting one thing based on the specs, but what I got felt different… kind of frustrating :(
